GTARP:Network Official Information

This topic explains the GTARP:Network staff structure, responsibilities, escalation procedures, and the correct methods of contacting staff.

The purpose of this guide is to help players understand who does what, when a matter should be escalated, and which staff members are responsible for handling specific situations.

1. Staff Philosophy

The staff team exists to support and protect the roleplay environment.

Staff members are expected to:

  • Remain professional.
  • Remain impartial.
  • Protect roleplay.
  • Assist players.
  • Enforce server rules.
  • Support community growth.

GTARP:Network follows the principle:

Roleplay First. Administration Second.

Staff are here to support roleplay, not control it.

Want to report a rule violation?
Use the Report System.

Punished and disagree with the outcome?
Submit an Appeal.

Lost assets due to a server issue?
Submit a Refund Request.

Concern regarding a staff member?
Use the Staff Complaint system.

10. Contacting Staff Directly

Players should avoid contacting staff members directly unless instructed to do so.

Reasons include:

  • Accountability.
  • Proper record keeping.
  • Faster responses.
  • Consistent handling.
  • Transparency.

Discord direct messages are not considered official support channels.

Using the proper systems ensures that requests are reviewed correctly.

11. Staff Availability

Staff members are volunteers.

While staff strive to respond promptly, immediate responses cannot always be guaranteed.

Please remain patient and avoid opening multiple tickets regarding the same issue.

12. Final Notes

The staff structure exists to ensure that players receive support, reports are handled fairly, and the community remains organized.

Remember:

  • Use the correct system.
  • Follow the escalation process.
  • Remain respectful.
  • Be patient.
  • Allow staff time to review situations properly.
